about
Ivy is a midwest raised documentary filmmaker who has always been passionate about capturing the lives of those around her. She treasures the home videos her parents took of her and her four siblings growing up and wants to provide the same kind of special footage for her couples to look back on for generations. She filmed her first wedding in 2020 and has been hooked ever since. She captures wedding days as they naturally unfold and favors moments when no one knows the camera is rolling. Outside of weddings, Ivy works in film production, travels, runs, and loves to take film photos.
Kaitlin is a documentary filmmaker whose primary interest is telling stories of evolutionary women. As a native Virginian with a nomad’s spirit, she's got a deep sense of family, food, and a whole lot of patience, mixed with a love of meeting new people and expanding herself in as many ways as possible. She’s got an eye for capturing the details and quiet, unexpected moments on wedding days. When Kaitlin’s not on set she likes to fill her time with traveling, catching a play/new museum exhibit, cooking or trying a new restaurant, and spending time with her goofy niece and nephew.
Having met on the set of a docuseries, Ivy and Kaitlin make the perfect duo, balancing professionalism and a sense of fun to any job. They are truly passionate about capturing people and telling honest stories, and they hope that shows in the time and care they put into each wedding film.
